Artisan Kitchen & Bath Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase!
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out the way we expected. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise within 15 days from the delivery date. Materials returned must be in resalable condition, and with the original packaging intact and undamaged. We will issue a refund with a 25% restocking fee applied on all returns, plus the shipping cost to send it back to the company.
It is the client’s responsibility to inspect all orders to make sure it is the correct material, color, quantity, quality, etc. This includes orders delivered to the showroom as well as residential deliveries. It is also the client’s responsibility to order the correct quantity of tile needed for their project.
If any items were damaged during shipping, we need to have photos to send to our vendors to get the damaged items replaced.

Installation of tile is considered an acceptance of the order. We are no longer responsible for the purchase once the tile has been installed, even if it’s within the 15-day period.
If you are having your order delivered to the showroom, we ask that you please pick up your order within 5 days of being notified that your order has arrived. Orders that are not picked up within 5 days are subject to a 3% holding penalty for each week that the order remains in the showroom. This is because we unfortunately do not have the space to hold these orders for long periods of time, so we appreciate your prompt pick-up.
